Lughatkom’s teams consist of:
1- The Project Managers
Each project, regardless of its size, is assigned a project manager. Project managers are responsible for controlling and monitoring the work of translators/writers in terms of quality and efficiency, making sure the deliverables are handed in on time and integrating the communication channels between the team and the client.
2- The Translators and Writers
All the translators and writers of our company are all highly experienced and have been working in the translation/writing/publication fields for years now. Before being employed they all passed the internal assessments and standards of Lughatkom. Moreover, they all come from different career fields bringing in diversity and experience into the company and allowing the provision of professional writing and translation services.

3- The Quality Control Officers
To ensure the highest quality of translation and writing, all documents undergo a process of quality control. The team of quality control officers consists of people with expertise in editing and proofreading making them qualified to audit and amend documents. Quality officers also work closely alongside the translators/writers from the beginning to prevent any major quality issues.
